We last left our kitties staring down at a grotesque creature that once resembled a rat.
Prior to this, the duo enacted their plan to discover who this nefarious master is. As Fake Scar suspected that it was, yet again, his nemesis, Sir Scratch a Lot.

Night Watcher, being the ever stealthy kitty, was able to cleverly re-attach herself to the snare in which she first escaped, with out the quartet of rats none the wiser. Meanwhile, Fake Scar was following close behind. The rats then marched on through the tunnels, finally arriving at their destination. Unfortunately for Night Watcher, it turned out to be the chamber where they prepare the food for their master. Again, Night Watcher proved to be the clever kitty and yet again successfully escaped the snare, with the rats left wondering where their master's dinner scampered off too and the consequences that would followed, went off to find where Night Watcher could gone.
With the rats gone, Night Watcher and Fake Scar decided to find who this master could possible be. After some time, the duo came across another chamber with a massive throne made out of the bones of several unidentifiable animals. After searching the room, they happened upon Sir Scratch a Lot suspended in some protective ward. After finding their nemesis, a new horror began to descend from the ceiling above the throne.
