We last left our spastic kitties with an unconscious Sir Scratch-a-lot and leaving the tunnels of the rat king creature called Ooog-la-lag.
Prior to this, the cat-tasctic duo were contemplating if they should be running from this foul creature that is descending from the ceiling, or if they should stay and see what it might have to say. Despite Ooog-la-lags hideous appearance, the cats decided to stick it out and have a conversation with this apparent rat king. It should be noted, despite his outward appearance, Fake Scar was frozen scared and his unfortunate condition was unbeknownst to Night Watcher.
"Ooog-la-lag is a foul creature that has a snout of a squid and a body of diseased rat. Resting on his back are two small wings that appear to be bat-like in orgin. The creature is also a strict vegetarian and enjoys the company of other non-rat creatures."
Once Ooog-la-lag fully descended from above and was rested in his throne, he began by asking the kitties if they happen to had any salad. He then went on about how the rats here never listen to him when he ask for fruit or a nice fresh squash.
After realizing that Ooog-la-lag was not going to eat him, Fake Scar, being fed up, decided that he had enough of these shenanigans and was done with this boondoggle. After some curt words to Ooog-la-lag, the creature began to sob and weep. Nigh Watcher felt bad for this poor creature, being a sensitive yet clever kitty, asked if Ooog-la-lag would let Sir Scratch-a-lot go if they brought it a salad. Ooog-la-lag, quickly agreed. Seeing how Fake Scar is responsible for Night Watcher, he agreed to continue on.
The two cats were able to find the desired salad within Night Watcher's burdens refrigerator. Fake Scar used his animation magic to transport the salad with them back to the dump.
When entering the lair, the cats were attached by the mutated rat minion of Ooog-la-lag, it seems he was correct in saying that they did not listen to him. Night Watcher was able to stealthily by pass the attackers, as they were distracted by the counter attacks by Fake Scar.
Once back to the lair of Ooog-la-lag, she conveyd the attacks of his minions. He quickly let out a deep menacing bellow that called the rats to him. With the rats decending into Ooog-la-lag's throne room, Fake Scar quickly followed. With both of the cats in the throne room, they gave the creature the salad. After he messily consumed it, Ooog-la-lag began to admonish his minions for not giving him a proper meal.
With their promise fulfilled, Ooog-la-lag released Sir Scratch-a-lot back to tired kitties, along with alerting the two of them that the king in yellow still possessed Sir Scratch-a-lot. A sense of dread befalls the disquieted cats.
